**GOOGLE SUCKS--Don't use Them- Use Bing!!

My Ad-Sense appeal has been denied, again, no reasoning!! Terrible company, really. I could not be more annoyed. Oh well, here's some other reasons to hate them!! Check out these links guys!!

Why Not to Like Google Part 1

Part 2

Part 3

And there's many more if you use any other search engine and look up Google Sucks!! ( Or you can ever put it in Google, in fact, although I don't recommend it, they could hunt you down with all the info they have on you )

I could not be more angry. Thanks, you guys, for all the fun I've had here. I have decided to leave because I am not going to give them my thoughts and writing for free just so they can use me for (literally) evil plots.

Goodbye.

-Follow-Up to My TSA Post-

Link to Story

If you are at all interested in this situation, you should read this story from Newsweek! It's pretty much a follow-up on my other post about the TSA.

I am still pretty mad about having to wait for my appeal to adsense when I have done nothing wrong, even after reading all the rules, but I saw this story and felt the need to share it with my followers... It's a pretty good read.

Thanks!

...

Still waiting for my e-mail back from Google Adsense... Still wondering where I went wrong... Just can't see anything I did wrong... This sucks... /:

My Adsense is Disabled.

I literally have no idea why. I just sent in the appeal form.

A new post will come tomorrow, whether I get reinstated or not, I love this blog and I love my followers! This won't stop me!!

...But it does annoy me... I didn't do anything against the policies. Oh well. We'll see what happens.

Ignore whatever posts were created after the TSA one this morning...!!

Someone either got into my computer or knew my password or one of my friends is playing a joke on me because some weird posts that I did not create were posted on my blog today. I apologize for whatever the content was, it wasn't me...! It is all gone now, good think I noticed it!!

Thanks for understanding, and check out my latest post about the TSA!!

TSA lists myths, facts about passenger security measures -- Says "We are not as bad as you think we are."

"Many Americans have reacted with displeasure, or even outrage, over recent high-profile stories about intrusive searches at airports. In one of the instances that reverberated the strongest, a California man's video of his encounter with TSA agents went viral. John Tyner refused an X-ray scan and then famously told agents that, "if you touch my junk, I'll have you arrested.""
--CNN, Article

But the TSA has come back at the complaints on their blog with a list of myths & facts about passenger security measures in hopes to calm all the bad publicity down.

Here's the list:

Pat-downs Myths & Facts

Myth: All children will receive pat-downs.
Fact: TSA officers are trained to work with parents to ensure a respectful screening process for the entire family, while providing the best possible security for all travelers. Children 12 years old and under who require extra screening will receive a modified pat down.

Myth: The TSA pat-down is invasive
Fact: Only passengers who alarm a walk through metal detector or AIT machine or opt out of the AIT receive a pat-down. For this reason, it is designed to be thorough in order to detect any potential threats and keep the traveling public safe. Pat-downs are performed by same-gender officers and all passengers have the right to a private screening with a travel companion at any time.

Myth: The pat-down is a punishment for opting out of the AIT.
Fact: There’s nothing punitive about it - it just makes good security sense.  And the weapons and other dangerous and prohibited items we’ve found during pat downs speak to this.

Myth: Everyone who travels will receive a pat-down.
Fact: Only passengers who alarm a walk through metal detector or AIT machine or opt out of the AIT receive a pat-down. It is one layer in our tool kit to address the nonmetallic explosives threat. In yesterday’s hearing, Administrator Pistole said: “The bottom line is few people in the overall scheme of things will actually receive those pat downs. Now, we've heard some examples, and obviously, there's a vocal group out there who have experienced this for the first time, and, rightfully so, raising concerns, what's behind this. And the bottom line is we, the transportation security officers in particular, are trying to work in partnership with the traveling public to say we want to ensure that you are safe on this flight. Work with us in a partnership to provide the best possible security. And that's what it comes down to.”

Myth: Complaints about the pat-downs are extremely high.
Fact: Only a small percentage of the traveling public receives a pat down as they travel through the security checkpoint.  Approximately 2 million people fly in the United States every day.  The number of complaints is extremely low.

Myth: Pat downs for certain individuals are limited to the head and neck.
Fact: No one is exempt. Everyone is subject to the same screening. TSA is sensitive to religious and cultural needs, but everyone must be screened effectively. Administrator Pistole echoed those sentiments on MSNBC’s Hardball recently.

--The TSA Blog, Link

So, after reading this list, and if everything they say is 100% accurate, is it still a big deal that these things exist? I mean, if you really only have to get this done if you turn down an x-ray scan, and your mad about it, why not just take the x-ray if your not hiding something?

Of course, there are many movements saying don't fly this holiday season, and I tend to agree anyway, driving's much more fun anyway! Haha!

I think my main concern would be about the safety. Even though the TSA says that the claims that the scanning technology is unsafe are unfounded, the people that tested it are the FDA...
You know, the people that put absolutely no regulation on regular cigarettes, but when the Electronic Cigarette comes out, they instantly ban them from being imported because they have been found to be more effective as a quitting aid than gum, patch, etc... So that people can stay addicted to either the pharmaceutical NRTs or the actual tobacco! I just don't think you can trust them 110%...

However, one rumor that I believe is COMPLETELY unfounded and really does not even make sense is the rumor that the images may be sent to other devices by bluetooth or something...

To which I say, why, why in the world, would they make this machine have the technology of a cell phone??
I feel like there is no way they did this... But if they did, it would be pretty dumb! lol

Felt like some of you may have been disappointed about how average my day was, so I wrote about this, too! Hope you liked some of the most recent updates on this story, thanks for reading!

BY POPULAR DEMAND.... My Day Today!!

Well, I guess if i was going to tell the story of my day it would have to start with last night.

I got a brand new job running the desk overnight at the dorm's at the University I attend. All you do is basically make sure people aren't belligerent and make sure they live in the building before you let them in. But, since it wasn't a weekend, there wasn't very many people coming in after midnight anyway, so I pretty much got to talk, do homework, and mess around on the computer most of the time.

Even though it was awesome it did lead to this - - -
A lot less sleep than usual because it's all overnight!!

Once I woke up, had an average day of classes, then ate at the BK lounge for lunch, then pad thai and a turkey burger for dinner!

Then me and my friends went over to the bowling & billiards center since there wasn't much else to do since most everyone already left for thanksgiving break.
Best part about this was my roomate doing Celine Dion on the karoke... Very entertaining. Lol!!

There was supposed to be the new 360 Kinect being demoed there as well, but we arrived too late and it was already taken down. )):

Well, that's pretty much anything of note that happened today!! Haha! Hope it was as interesting as you guys thought it would be lol!! Pretty average day!

Thanks for reading. ((:

~!!ALL REQUEST THURSDAY!!~

Good afternoon my lovely followers! (:
Today I want to try something a little different.

Comment on this post with any idea/review/opinion/thought/ANYTHING and justify why I should write a completely original, through, post about it, and I will write it TONIGHT!

I look forward to doing this, it sounds fun to me! Let me know if you think this is dumb too, though.

Thanks for reading!

--{{CRAIGSLIST -VS- EBAY}}--

So after using eBay for quite a few years now, and Craigslist for quite a few months now, lol, I feel it necessary for me to create a post going over the positives and negatives of each!! This is original content right here, and please, feel free to comment on your experiences or if you think I am incorrect on this!!

---eBay---
Pros-
  • Extremely wide selection, hard NOT to find what you are looking for!
  • eBay seller/buyer protection
  • You can get a great deal... Sometimes
  • Lots of crap results to look through very often
Cons-
  • Fees, fees, fees!
  • Shipping makes it cost more, more often than not.
  • Paypal adds even more fees!
  • Some items can be overpriced
---Craigslist---
Pros-
  • Prices seem better a lot of the time
  • Never pay for shipping
  • Entertaining to look at everyday, as some of the stuff is so random
  • Not as wide of a selection
  • Get items instantly, possibly
  • No Fees!!
Cons-
  • Having to meet somewhere with a stranger can be intimidating
  • Prices can be ridiculous sometimes, but sellers usually realize when they are and lower them
  • Can be a lot of crap to sift through as well
  • Spam/Misleading posts

^^ *GEOCACHING* ATTN: There may be a lot of fun for you in this post!! lol *GEOCACHING!* ^^

So a few times when I have wanted to take a walk with a couple of friends, I have been a part of the Geocaching trend!! It is quite fun, and is definitely worth at least one try! The premise is that people make little caches and hide them in places, which they then post on the website with GPS co-ordinates, and clues to find the exact location, and then you sign the log inside the box and maybe trade a few little prizes!

Only 1/4 that I have done have been tampered with, which I feel is amazing in today's world! I would think that more "muggles" (people that don't Geocache) might find the caches and destroy them!! Here is a couple example images of what a cache might look like, and I wish you luck!!

I know you won't regret trying this out and it's a great community over at the website too, although no online community is better than my followers on Blogspot of course!! (;

We've never found a container like this, but the website says it is fairly common! One of ours was much smaller, a prescription bottle! But they managed to fit quite a bit of stuff in there!

Wow do I wish I found one with a rubix cube!! I found a cache this big only once, but they are out there!!
Thanks for reading as always, thought some of you out there might be interested in this!

~*Working for the Knowledge Generation Bureau*~

For the past year, I have worked as a Special Agent for the kgb company. It is actually a pretty neat way to make money online! You pretty much just have to learn the rules and follow them the best you can at all times as you answer all different kinds of questions from people all over! It's interesting to know so much random information, and also to make some side income!

If you go to their website, you can take the first test in order to get hired! I recommend you give it a try, good luck!

I Have Diagnosed Myself with Cyberchondria!!

Professional Article on Cyberchondria

So all of my friends at college have at some point in time made fun of me for diagnosing myself with some obscure or deadly disease due to a temporary symptom that pulled up that ailment on WebMD or the like. Sometimes it has downright stressed me out!! But now, after seeing this article, I am definitely able to diagnose myself with a disease without a shadow of a doubt.

Cyberchondria!

Apparently what I am describing from personal experience is fairly common, and can add to your stress levels, without your worries ever being the truth!! Interesting - I am glad they gave it a name!! lol!

World's Smallest Cell Phone?

Story
I want to see a black/silver one in person, it looks cool!! Haha.

The Pantech C300 from around ~7 years ago is the only really small cell phone I saw that caught on at all in the US though... Seems like it is all about the smartphones with the huge screens now!!

Oh well, thought some of you would find this interesting, enjoy!!

    *I-9 Form for Employment Verification...??*

    PDF of I-9 Form
    I have had 3 jobs before, but this new one is requiring me to complete this form at the link found above, with verification I don't have with me at school. So now I have to get it sent and it will take a while.       ):

    Is this really required for all jobs like it says it is? Or do places just choose if they want to do it or not? Because I have never had to do it before...

    I'll post something more interesting later, but I just wanted to share what is on my mind right now!!

    ^_^ !!That's Right, It's A Post About Dinner Again!! (...But Read it Anyway, It's A Good Story, I Promise!!) ^_^

    So tonight I decided that I would spend the $8 to get one of my favorites meals around!! Pad Thai with Chicken and/or Tofu at Noodles & Company!!

    If you want to know how good this dish is... Here's a story.

    My girlfriend hates any food this is not American/Mexican/Italian. She hates rice and beans, and other things that humans commonly consume.

    For over a year I have tried desperately to get her to give other foods a test run to no avail... I either end up eating them, or she refuses to try them out of the sight of it! So I made her try a bite of this a few months ago... And today, SHE ORDERED IT AND LOVED/ATE THE WHOLE THING!

    That's right, this dish is down right genre-smashing! Lol! Give it a try!

    & If you've never even been to Noodles & Co. before, think Panera, but with pasta! Worth every penne! (Lamest joke I have ever made possibly, haha)

    On an unrelated note, let me know if you would like me to link to your Blog on mine, as long as you are willing to do the same for me! I've noticed that many of my followers have similar interests, so I figured our readers do as well! This could really help us all out in gaining a reader base! I love you guys, thanks for checking out my latest post!! Let me know what you think, as always!! ((:

    What do my followers drive? ~Car Post!~

    I drive the exact same car as above, even the same color, only difference is I have custom rims. I love my little car because it is a subcompact, but has an amazing amount of interior space! But also, it gets great gas mileage and can hold quite a bit of stuff. But of course, you gotta love the looks of it as well! (:   ( At least I do, I know it is a love it or hate it kind of thing.... ) The only complaint I have is that a lot of my body kit pieces are cracked/dented. I want to get them fixed eventually! Also, I got keyed. )):

    What do you guys drive and why do you love/hate it?

    Anyone Else Playing COD: "Black Ops" Right Now?

    Since my friend already beat the campaign he loaned it out to me so I could beat it too... Pretty sick so far. Seems a little harder to control, but the graphics are really cool, but not that much different, storyline seems confusing, but still really awesome, and the guns and mission are SWEET.

    I'm pretty impressed, but still, glad I saved $60!! Lol.

    Anyone else playing? Any thoughts? How long did you wait for it?

    Had This for Dinner... AMAZING! Try it out!

    I used boneless chicken breast instead of whatever chicken they recommend, but I highly recommend the sauce!! It made for a truly delicious dinner this fine evening!! It tastes even better than it looks!!

    Variations of the Recipe Can Be Found Here

    Ingredients

    • 1 (3 pound) whole chicken, cut in half
    • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 3/4 cup soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    Directions

    1. Rinse chicken halves, and pat dry with paper towels. Place chicken cut side down in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
    2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger and garlic. Mix well, and pour mixture over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
    3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    4. Bake chicken uncovered in the preheated oven for 1 hour, basting frequently. Test for doneness, making sure there is no pink left in the meat. Let cool slightly, then cut into smaller pieces to serve.

    1 in 5 Drivers on the Road Will Be Seniors

    As boomers age, 1 in 5 drivers will be oldsters

    Within the next 15 years, one out of every five drivers will be senior citizens.
    The number of miles driven by senior citizens has been growing drastically for quite some time, but the fatal crash rate for this demographic is going down. Interesting, huh?

    However, it is said that it is still hard to decide whether or not to let seniors drive as it is a hard choice between the best safety, and the best mobility, along with the harshness of taking away their freedom.

    30 million seniors driving today, 57 million by 2030, at least. What should we do, if anything, about this issue??

    I Want One of These so Bad... lol

    Pasta Boat Microwave Pasta Cooker (Amazon Link)

    Product is $15 with $7 shipping off of the infomercial, but is about half that price on Amazon.

    I am not doing a commercial here or anything, lol, I am truly interested in this product.

    BUT, the reviews are VERY mixed.... Half think it's absolute crap, half think it's awesome.

    This thing would be perfect for me to cook single serving amounts of pasta in... What do you guys think?

    Garbage or bargain??

    Just Watched "The Shawshank Redemption" for the First Time

    Now I know you are all going to be amazed I haven't seen this movie before, and I know I'll get made fun of for it, but whatever, I finally watched it. And wow, did I love it. This is definitely the best movie I have seen in a long while. I didn't see anything that happens coming, and I feel like that is a rarity when I watch movies these days. I am literally tempted to just sit down and watch again...

    So maybe these images will get you guys to want to watch it too!! I know they make me want to!

    Most memorable quote for me:

    "Dear fellas, I can't believe how fast things move on the outside. I saw an automobile once when I was a kid, but now they're everywhere. The world went and got itself in a big damn hurry. The parole board got me into this halfway house called "The Brewer" and a job bagging groceries at the Foodway. It's hard work and I try to keep up, but my hands hurt most of the time. I don't think the store manager likes me very much. Sometimes after work, I go to the park and feed the birds. I keep thinking Jake might just show up and say hello, but he never does. I hope wherever he is, he's doin' okay and makin' new friends. I have trouble sleepin' at night. I have bad dreams like I'm falling. I wake up scared. Sometimes it takes me a while to remember where I am. Maybe I should get me a gun and rob the Foodway so they'd send me home. I could shoot the manager while I was at it, sort of like a bonus. I guess I'm too old for that sort of nonsense any more. I don't like it here. I'm tired of being afraid all the time. I've decided not to stay. I doubt they'll kick up any fuss. Not for an old crook like me."
    -Brooks Hatlen

    I love his character.

    More quotes can be found here if your interested, there's some great ones in here.

    ~CAE.II on Sleep~

    I have always been one of those people that constantly thinks about the number of hours they will sleep long before they actually even drift off into a slumber. Ever since I saw an article last year talking about 1.5 hour sleep cycles, I have always tried to get 6, 7.5, or 9 hours of sleep. These always seem to make me the happiest, which 7.5 rating the absolute best, and 9 & 6 leaving me with a tired feeling for just the first few minutes of waking. Is this because I read this article and I am just getting placebo effect, or is this research actually legit?? What is the best number of sleep-hours for my followers and readers??

    Also... Does anyone ONLY and I mean ONLY dream with they a)nap or b)fall asleep again after waking up?? It seems like it is an undocumented phenomenon, but it seems to happen to me (and a few of my friends) all the time!!

    Sleep is such an interesting subject... (:

    ~~~100 Followers!!!~~~
    When I started this blog, not even that long ago, I never thought I'd see more than a few friends as followers... But I noticed that now I have 100!! I am overwhelmed with joy!!! You guys are so great with your comments and advice for me, you have no idea how much I appreciate it!!
    The only thing I can do is promise to provide at least one real post a day if at all possible! haha!
    Thanks again!
    Baggage on GSN
    GSN has always been one of my favorite channels as I love old game shows late at night to fall asleep to! But every once in a while, they will come out with an original show that is actually made my them and not just simply re-runs. Baggage with Jerry Springer is one of them. Each contestant has 3 pieces of baggage, which are pretty much embarrassing habits/information/etc. about their life, while the one person who is choosing between these three people has just one large piece of baggage. While this show is definitely worth a watch or two, I feel after a few episodes, it starts to feel really samey.
    Anyone else ever watch this show??
    Chinchillas as Pets!!
    My girlfriend and I went to PetCo today after a super-classy (but still super delicious) dinner at Culver's, and I saw an animal that you can keep as a pet that I honestly have never ever seen before!! A Chinchilla!! Their name is even cool!! Lol! They are like a mix between a squirrel, a rabbit, and a guinea pig. I absolutely want one so bad. They are expensive, but they live for up to 22 years, too!! They are also very tame and develop bonds with their owners, so they are pretty smart! You do have to have a fairly large cage though, and give them dust baths!!
    More Information on Chinchillas as Pets
    Anyone ever own one or seen one??
    Had a Feeling This was Coming
    Pot Law Hopes Dashed as California Votes Down Prop. 19
    I really want to hear YOUR guy's opinion on this, and then I will play devil's advocate to all of your comments, see if it creates an interesting discussion, which I feel like it will.
    I had a feeling it was not going to pass this time around, but how about next time? Or ever?
     Also, thanks to all those that voted today, good for you!! I don't care if you are on my side or not, if you care about this stuff I respect you that much more!
    60 Followers!!??
    I have to say I have started a blog a couple other times I have literally gotten nowhere with it.
    But I just noticed now I am up to 60 followers!!
    Thanks a lot guys, for paying attention to my random ramblings about completely random things in my life, you guys are great!! ((:
    Back On eBay... After so long!!
    I've sold a couple of items on eBay lately, it's been years since I've done this, the last time I did I was 16 at the time and had to use my dad's account!! Lol!
    Anyone else a seller out there?
    A lot of stuff sure has changed. Like, since I am a new member, I have to wait 21 days to get my money from my PayPal account! Craziness. The good part is though, eBay has a new (I don't know how new, because I just started again, but new to me!) partnership with USPS, in which they will send you boxes for free and they all have flat rates no matter how much stuff is them. I thought that was awesome, so much easier than estimating the weight and stuff like the good old days.
    Seems like the Feedback system is a little more complicated as well.
    But now I have 2 Feedback points with 100% positive because I sold an iPod Touch G2 8GB for $100 and a graphing calculator for $55!! Not bad right?
    Just a Little Politics Today...
    GOP Maintains Midterm Advantage
    The races are extremely close for some many different elected positions in the US... What do my followers think is going to happen on November 2nd?? I am very curious to see your opinions.
    Another good place to get poll information and such from is the HuffingtonPost website. They have quite a comprehensive view of the polls.
    While we're talking about politics in this post, I'll talk about something related as well!!
    Rally for Sanity or Fear - Colbert, Stewert, Cat Stevens, Ozzy, O'Jays
    Did anyone else watch this?? I thought it was definitely worth watching as it was pretty funny and interesting!! (Besides the musical guests, who I thought were kind of boring.) Of course Stewart's speech at the end seemed very serious. Think he'll run for some kind of office eventually??? Kind of seems like it. Good speech though!!
    Hope this post brings you something you are interesting in!!! ((:
    Thanks to all my followers!
    What bank do you use?
    I had BankOne and then Chase for my whole life, and it has always confused me why people have like local banks or different ones. I mean, I wish I could help a smaller business and stuff, for sure, but Chase had the most ATMs by so many, and all my friends that have other banks always have to go SO far to get some cash or anything like that!! I am just curious to see whats behind your reasoning!!
    Weird topic, I know, but it just popped into my head!
    Can't Believe I just got this lol!
    So I got one of these off Craigslist for $100!!
    I've never owned a Mac before, because I really have always been a Microsoft fanboy, but I could not resist the funny, unique design!! It's pretty slow, but its fun to just mess around with.
    800 Mhz
    512 MB RAM
    32 MB Graphics Card
    120 GB HD (Upgraded from 20, lol!)
    So yeah, basically just to play around with, but the monitor is really good looking and it works for extra storage, basic tasks!!!
    Pretty funny huh?
    Halloween Time at a University...
    There is honestly not a more interesting time or place. I just stood outside for about 5 minutes and pretty much got an X rated show consisting of a lot of different things - outside of a freshman dorm of course...
    The worst thing that comes to your imagination when I say this is true lol... Yes, it got to that point.
    Anyway, I know I'll have fun this weekend, and I hope all my new followers and all the blog creators whose blogs I now read everyday have a great halloween weekend as well, should they choose to celebrate it or not!! Thanks a lot to all my readers for keeping up with the completely random pointless stuff that goes on here!! lol!!
    Look forward to better stuff in the future when I am not such a noob!!
    My Presentation
    Had to do a huge 12 minutes speech on this badboy today for my intro to tech class. I watched all the parody videos when it came out and laughed and thought it was stupid... but its actually pretty cool how you can like send information from one phone to another and stuff automatically by just setting it down... and like getting all your photos off your camera in the same manner. idk. hopefully someday theyll be alot cheaper lol
    Fish
    My favorite part about my blog so far is the little fish swimming on the right sidebar! They're so awesome!
    ...
    Just beat GTA IV the other day with my girlfriend... Are there any other GTA games for the PS3?? Or will I have to get legacy PS2 ones??
    When does the newest one come out, anyway?
    One Day, One Deal
    www.woot.com has a new offer everyday, and usually they are pretty interesting!
    Sometimes the deals are so good you can pick up stuff and sell it for more on eBay!
